FAQ's
To begin a hire with ourselves, we will need two forms of identification. One of these will need to be a photo i.d. and one being a utility bill dated within the last 3 months. We also take a deposit on a Credit/Debit Card this will be required before the hire item leaves the yard.
We are able to move your own plant or other items aslong as they are safe to move. We are able to move upto 16T our 32T beaver tail, and 3.2T on our 7.5T beaver tail, we also have the pick up trucks so can tow your trailer our ours. Our jobs are priced per hour we can give you an estimate but depending on loading and unloading this will be clarified at the end.
Once you have completed the works needed and are finished with the item hired, just give the office a call (01206 230123) and we will arrange collection with yourselves. If possible we would like you to do this prior to 9am.
If the hired item is faulty in anyway or breaks down, call the office and report the issue. We will then get our fitter to come and repair the issue or replace where the breakdown can not be repaired on site. We aim to get to site within a two hour time frame.
